Description: Candy tin made in China for use by Brown & Haley for almond roca candies, 2006-2012. Parts consist of container (a) and lid (b). Container is oval shaped to resemble an Easter egg and is made of gold colored metal. Sides are purple, and base is white. A color photo of almond roca candies is printed on base. Nutrition facts are printed in black on white background on bottom. A white paper sticker is attached to bottom, across color photo. Printed on sticker in black letters: SAMPLE. Design on lid consists of stripes containing illustrations of yellow sunflowers, green ivy leaves, yellow pots, yellow tulips, and purple vines printed on yellow, blue, and black backgrounds. A yellow and black illustration of a fleur-de-lis is printed at the top and bottom. Printed on top of illustrations is a black, blue, and yellow logo of Brown & Haley. Printed above in red and pink decorative letters on white background with purple border: Almond / Roca. Sides of lid are pink. At center is small black circle with illustration of a rabbit and name of company. Tin had 7 oz. (198 g) of candy.

The Seal of Washington State is machine stitched inside the shield in yellow, white and black. Machine stitched inside the shield in yellow letters: PIERCE COUNTY / SHERIFF. Machine stitched on back is decoration of blue, pink, and yellow flowers with green leaves. Machine stitched above the emblem in yellow with gray outline: 238. Stitched beneath in gray letters: Last Call. The flower decoration is also applied to the bottom of each foot.

Description: Pieced cotton quilt with Rolling Star quilt pattern pieced by Catharine Foutz Wagoner, Red Cloud, NE, ca. 1880-1883. 25 pieced stars blocks and 20 indigo blocks, all in octagon shape, set in ten rows, alternating with a row of 4 octagons and a row of 5 star blocks. Corner squares of red gingham fabric separate each octagon in every row, forming a secondary design vertically and horizontally. Pieced stars are sewn from 8 diamond shapes, surrounded by 8 square shapes, surrounded again by 8 diamond shapes to form the octagon. Stars are predominantly brown, blue, red, indigo blue, set inside squares of shirting in various checks, stripes, geometrics, florals, and plaids. Outer pieced diamonds surrounding the stars are a solid, cheddar orange color fabric. A 1" border of indigo fabric is sewn to each side to frame design. Resolution of partial octagons at outer edges of quilt is done on 3 sides in indigo and on one side in red gingham in trapezoid shaped pieces. Backing is muslin with faint blue markings indicating feed sacks. Hand quilting is in white thread in Baptist fan design.

Description: 2011 Daffodil Festival Queen's gown worn by Claire Flemming of Curtis High School. Maker unknown; size unknown. Gown is white, with beaded embellishment on bodice. Dress is fully lined with white cloth and has built-in bra. Bodice is straight across chest and dips down slightly in back; it has undulating waistline above a ballgown style skirt. Bodice made of white satin that is covered with netting that is embellished with white and silver beads of various types that accent the white tape and stitching that is sewn in an undulating/floral motif. On the inside, there are stays. Wide white satin shoulder straps covered with chiffon are attached on either side of top of bodice. The straps are decorated with bead/sequin decorations. There is a long zipper extending down back. Skirt is full with netting overskirt that is decorated with scattered bead/sequin decorations. On hemline on lower proper right front is a round brooch with a flower accent composed of rhinestones. White satin ties extend from brooch.
