Description: Beaker style cup, or possibly a vase, made of white ceramic. Round base with very slight depression at center. Straight sides which widen slightly at rim edge. Interior glazed white. Exterior glazed off-white. At top is broad band with narrow brown ones above and below. Light tan/orange band at center with letters spelling "Seattle." Below band on one side is black/white illustration of Washington State Seal. Extending around cup below band and dropping down on either side of seal is green leaf wreath. Pink flower bud with green leaves at top extend from end of each end of wreath. At center back of cup (opposite to seal) is four petaled pink flower with three tassel forms similar to those hanging from end of wreath.
