You're invited to join in the 2020 Founder’s Day Reception and Auction and enjoy spending time in the Governor's Mansion in Olympia!
Have fun bidding for enticing items! Your funds go toward preserving and restoring the original historic furnishings of the magnificent Washington State Capitol Group buildings for all our citizens, visitors and generations to come.
This is an auction for all, you don't have to be in the 1% to participate! You'll find items in all price ranges. Enjoy tasty appetizers and beverages, too. Business casual attire so you can feel comfortable arriving after a work day.
Bid on a group beer tasting, group wine tasting, and even a behind the scenes tour of the State Archives! Try a silent auction wrote-in for collectable souvenir items that would brighten any history lover's day. Or, put your auction dollars toward an experience package, like a stay for two at The Inn at Mallard Cove, adjacent to the Nisqually Preserve, with a guided kayak tour; overnight stays in Olympia, Green Lake, and Whidbey that include museum passes and memberships, wine, tastings, and more.
Among the most unique items, check out the Ultimate 2020 Suffrage Centennial Basket - a package that includes a collectible suffragette outfit, annual membership to WSHS, and a Votes for Women trivia puzzle.
