Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House

Olympia

The historic Lord Mansion, designed in Spanish Colonial villa style, has been recently renovated and offers attractive office space for lease. If you're looking for a location with unique character and charm, contact leasing agent Debbie Draper-Aikins, 360-791-3869 or Debbie.Draper@cbolympia.com.

Formerly operated as a small history museum in the state's capital, it was not cost effective to renovate the building to meet current national museum standards for art and artifact display and preservation. The Historical Society worked with the State of Washington to achieve a solution that spotlights the building's historic qualities and provides a beneficial use.
