The Coach House
Styled to match the mansion, the Coach House features a large, open space ideal for meetings or gatherings. It can also serve as a useful staging area for functions held on the grounds. The main room measures 37' by 23', or 851 square feet, and includes a room-length counter for setting up buffets or presentation materials. A limited number of conference-style tables and chairs are available for use inside the Coach House. The Coach House is ideally suited for a smaller party/gathering, we can roughly accomodate 35-40 seated at square tables for receptions or classroom style lectures, and we can also seat 70 in a theater style setting. Standing room only, capacity is 80.
The formal gardens of the Lord Mansion were designed and executed by Fred Cole, a gardener from Kew Gardens in London. Giant fir and cedar trees contrast with carefully pruned shrubs and expanses of green lawn that offer magnificent vistas of the house. A native plant garden featuring medicinal and ornamental plants borders the east edge of the property.
