[U.S. Army fatigue trousers]

U.S. Army olive green cotton fatigue trousers, ca. 1964. With large green plastic buttons to close the fly and the waistband. In the back are large patch pockets with flaps which button. On each side of the waist band are 2 in. by 1 in. strips of cotton with buttonholes. To adjust waist size they button over a large button .5 inch away. Two white paper-like labels sewn to the inside waist band and 1 narrow white fabric-like label taped on the inside waistband near the front. Labels are more worn and faded. Belt loops on outside waistband. Used by Philip Harrison.
