Mount Hood from Horse Thief Butte
Horsethief Butte in Horsethief Lake State Park on the Columbia River across the river from the Dalles, Oregon with Mt. Hood in the distance. Horsethief State Lake State Park is the location of many Native American petroglyphs including the well known "She Who Watches." Lewis and Clark arrived here on October 24, 1805. Otak,, Inc., 2002.
