The building is a two story Mission style mansion with decorative friezes over the columned entryway and below the windows. The roof is tiled. To the sides of the entrance are two large cedar trees and a smaller evergreen tree. A sconce is attached to the walls outside the entrance. A smaller conifer is at the side of the entrance as well. Erected at the side of the entrance is a ruler, with feet and inches marked out on it, up to the 20 foot height of the entryway.
