Superimposed are two seed bead designs of a blue flower with green leaves. Short sleeves of the black netting. Hem is trimmed in sequins. Hem of underdress is trimmed with gathered netting. Fabric label at waist line reads, "Lou Johnson Tacoma, Wash.".
