    Fijian Outrigger plastic model enclosed in a colorful yellow cardboard box. Ca. 1955, by PYRO Plastics Corporation. Box has print of seascape of Fijian natives sailing in the boat with palm trees and a distant mountain. Inside are fourteen plastic pieces that are still attached to the pieces from which the molds were poured. Model is not started. Largest is yellow sail; 13 red plastic sections including oars, 2 smaller canoes and larger one. Paper instruction sheets, printed in black ink, folds into 3 setions. Set is supposed to be painted, but there is no paint included.

Each photograph has a label seemingly indicating the model number, the book number, and the page number of the catalogue in which the picture appeared. Some photographs (independently catalogued) have handwritten slips of paper identifying the model's name. 1900-1940.
