Ruler/magnifier made of colorless, transparent piece of plastic. Along one side in black print are inch graduations up to 6". Remainder is textured and has optical magnifying ability. Printed on one end in purple letters is name of program. Small punched hole above this has small piece of white ribbon strung through it. Cover made of colorless cellophane. Rectangular and open on one end to allow ruler to slide into it. Cover is shorter than ruler and covers magnifying part.
